Built on a direct sourcing system in East Africa, the company focuses on origins such as Kenya, Ethiopia, and Uganda, while extending its network to Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and other representative producing regions to build a diversified and traceable coffee supply network.

Boufé has developed an integrated business structure covering green bean trade, coffee roasting, product development, channel supply, and cross-border e-commerce. With roasting, cupping, quality control, and product transformation capabilities in Chengdu, the company provides stable products and supply chain solutions for hotels, cafés, office coffee services, customized gifts, commercial procurement, and cross-border channels.

Boufé® has formed a product portfolio covering blended beans, specialty SOE coffee, drip coffee, instant coffee, and functional fusion coffee beverages. Meanwhile, the company is working with Chengdu Data Group to jointly promote AI-powered applications across the coffee value chain, exploring intelligent blending, price forecasting, roasting optimization, and marketing insights. These outcomes will be further extended to AI-enabled applications for Sichuan’s agricultural product sector, supporting regional specialty products in product development, brand communication, and market transformation.
